This was my first documentary which came about after we had been working on the Codex issue for the last 4 years and I realized we required more exposure of Codex and the World Health Organization. At the time in 2003 I had become the Vice President of "International Advocates for Health Freedom" based out of Washington State USA. We reached out to our client base and found a German doctor who came up with the first $50,00.00 to get this project underway. We hired a PR man from London England and he came and spent a week with us so we could get him up to speed on Codex. He went back and reached out to famous British actress Dame Judi Dench and she agreed to narrate our film. We were ecstatic and then we reached out to US film maker Kevin P Miller (Let The Truth Be the Bias, Promised Land & Generation RX) and he agreed to work with us. Our project got off to a bumpy start as two people unbeknown to us arrived on the scene (Dr.Rima Laibow & retired General Stubblebine) and attended our first international meeting in Washington DC in 2003 who approached Kevin with $5,000.00 to start the project. We had know idea this was a big mistake as we learned this couple had ulterior motives we learned they had ties to the CIA and Secret Intelligence and met at a remote viewing meeting. Shortly after this they decided to sue Kevin and take him to court and place a gag order between us for 1 year. Amazingly an American doctor by the name of Dr. Whittiker came forward with the last $50,000.00 to complete the film in 2005. However by this time our whole international Codex movement had become splintered and within 6 months Codex became a moot issue. I believe that today this film is more important with the COVID 19 issue and what the WHO is proposing for a global Vaccine. Candace Hill (Health Freedom & Human Rights Activist)
Codex Alimentarius means “food code”. The Codex Alimentarius Comission is a UN process established in the 1960s by the United Nationals Food and Agriculture Organization and the World Health Organization. Through Codex, national governments meet to negotiate and harmonize guidelines for food safety assessments and other standards including food labeling. Codex guidelines are voluntary and non-binding but are an international reference point for countries. Codex standards are now the benchmarks against which national food measures and regulations are evaluated in the event of trade disputes brought forward by countries through the World Trade Organization. About 185 countries, including Canada, participate in this critically important program designed to protect the health of consumers and facilitate global trade. FCPC has been a long-standing participant in Codex activities, both through advocacy directly to Health Canada.
We Become Silent- 2005 Is made by the International award-winning filmmaker Kevin P. Miller, who details the manipulations being done to limit the public’s access to herbs, vitamins and other therapies, threatening the medical freedom of choice, by multinational pharmaceutical interests and giant food companies in concert with the WTO, the WHO and others to fan their own selfish interests. This documentary is narrated by Dame Judi Dench, the noted UK actress who has won multiple Golden Globe awards, an Oscar, and a Tony for her on-stage work, in addition to dozens of other honors throughout her prestigious career."
This was my second documentary in 2010 after I had built my 2nd National Canadian Health Freedom group. I realized Canadians needed to see the impact that Globalism was having on our country and the natural health freedom industry so again I reached out to my good friend American film maker Kevin P Miller and he graciously accepted the offer to help me and I feel he did a fabulous job for us Canadians.
A Question of Sovereignty - 2010 An exposé how Canadians are being stripped of their personal sovereignty by government agencies - and how domestic legislation, free trade deals and other international agreements imperil Canadian democracy. 'A Question Of Sovereignty' discusses why a dramatic shift in the balance of power has placed the nation and its people at a vital crossroad early in the 21st century - and why the examples set forth by some of the past giants of Canadian politics may hold the answers to Canada's future.
